NTLworld email account

hi, i am not able to add my ntlworld email account to my outlook mailbox.i am going around in circles now as i have set up a non virgin email account and tried to get to the page where you get an app code to enable me to add my ntl mail but it wont let me. i think that my account may be locked due to me trying lots of times to solve this. can anyone help with this as i need to get on my ntl emails urgently.
