Ntlworld email account

Hi  everyone, 

I'm an old ntlworld customer  ( and a past virgin mobile customer) and I need some support  in  closing down my ntlworld email account  which is hardly used and has now been hacked.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I can get this closed for you.
