i can no longer access my ntlworld emails.
error message on ios says imap.virginmedia.com is not responding. server code alert - temporarily blacklisted IP address, try again later
no idea what's going on or how to fix it.
and yes, i am a current virginmedia broadband user, and have just linked accounts but cannot access email through user site either
To add to this
Does not work on webmail through browser on multiple devices, iphone, ipad and windows desktop. (Ios tries to download an invalid credentials file!)
does not work on 4G
going into the virgin media account and selecting quick links takes me to this
Looks like there’s a problem with this site
https://mail.virginmedia.com/appsuite/api/oidc/Invalid credentials. sent back an error.
Error code: 404 Not Found
Check to make sure you’ve typed the website address correctly.
