NTLWorld email access

hi i need help please...im trying to get my ntlworld to link to my phone...I am still a vm customer..i can get my emails through my imac but not my iphone 16. Can someone please help?

    Hi Smiles333​ 

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. For third party client emails, please do this:

    1. Login to the MyVM Account
    2. Click the Account Settings tile
    3. Next, select the Virgin Medial Mail Settings tile
    4. The next page will display a Red Button labelled “Generate new App Password”
    5. You will then be presented with an automatically generated password

    It's that password, plus the email you need to use.
