Hi my mum ntl email has been hacked. She has had this email for a very long time and on sunday it got hacked and they have changed her password so cannot get onto her emails or change the password again. She does not have a virgin media account, can someone please tell me how we can deactivate and delete this account please

One of the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) can arrange to get it deleted for you. That's all they can do though, they cannot regain access to the account for your Mum.
One of the Team will contact you via your post.
I will just add that in most cases the Team need to have the instruction from the original account holder. So if the original VM broadband account was in your Mum's name they may need her to sign up to the forum. Leave it for the moment though because the Forum Team will explain what they need, (if anything) to close the account.

Hi thanks for your response. She has never had a virgin media account. This is where I worry about her email. She only had the ntl world email address, she never has never been a customer of virgin media, but she needs the email deleting so they cant do anything further
