Not receiving confirmation email to confirm - help!
Hi, I'm trying to access my bill, which believe it or not is proving unbelievably frustrating!
I'm unable to do even this simple task.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
Login to my account using my email.
I get a 'please confirm your email' message
We’ve sent you an email with a link
Tap and follow the link to verify it’s you. The link will expire in 10 minutes.
Im not receiving this confirmation email to my email address.
For info, my contract expires in less than a week.
Surely this is not legal to not let me see my bill? How can I proceed?
