When I try to logon to my virgin media account using a non virgin domain (third party, recently set up) email, I get the following message: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reset your passwordPlease enter the email address you use to sign in to your My Virgin Media account. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When I enter the new non virgin domain email I count I get the following error message: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Oops, we've ran into a problem. 
 Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)Please enter the email address you use to sign in to your My Virgin Media account. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I then go round the loop again.
