Not able to access my email

I am having the exact same problem. It started on 07/05/2024. I desperately need help to get my virgin email account and emails back. Please Help!!!!

    Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

    Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, can you confirm what the error is you get when logging into your emails? Can you also confirm if you have gone about resetting the password?

      Hi Joe,

      Thanks for reaching out. When I try to logon to my virgin media account using a non virgin domain (third party, recently set up) email, I get the following message:

      Reset your password

       

       

      Please enter the email address you use to sign in to your My Virgin Media account.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      When I enter the new non virgin domain email I count I get the following error message:

       

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Oops, we've ran into a problem.
      Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)

      Please enter the email address you use to sign in to your My Virgin Media account.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      I then go round the loop again.
