No Virgin email

I am having the same issues as everyone else. However, they have sent me an email to verify my account but the whole issue is that I want to login to check my email. So Catch 22.

I am currently on hold for second line assistance. Already been on hole for over 30 minutes.

  • Same issue here. I was told that they could try to sort the problem but, if successful, I have to sign up for a service policy (£9.99 pcm I think) I said no as it should be part of the contract. Since then I can't log in to my account at all. Does anyone know of a way of contacting a person without a very strong accent?
