Hello brigantia
Sorry to hear of the email account issues and missing folders, we understand the concern this is causing and you raising it via the forums.
Can you confirm if the issues impacts both client and webmail? Also, is this following setting up your VMO2 ID?

The VM / VM02 sign in has changed quite dramatically in the last week or so but the VM email service itself does not seem to have changed at all.
Assuming that you are using the VM webmail system to view your emails, I would suggest that you check to make sure that you have the "folder view" enabled.
To do that click on "View" on the right hand side of the page just above the list of emails and make sure that you have a tick against "Folder view" in the drop down menu. Without that tick VM webmail just displays the list of emails but no list of folders.

Thank you so much for the advice. It worked.
Thank you for your reply. I have resolved the problem with advice from someone on theforum. It was after the VM02 ID, what a nightmare that was. Hopefully all is well now.
