No email?

Hello,

I just can't seem to get access to my virgin email account? Stopped working 2 days ago.

I can log in to virgin media, I can see my information regarding my account but no joy getting access to my email account?

Anyone having the same problem, does anyone know how I can fix this?

    So am I, and have been for 2 days now. Need urgent access to my emails as I am an executor and need to deal with several emails. What is being done, why is it happening again!

    Yes, same here. My internet went down on Thursday for a while and since it came back getting into email has been a nightmare. Sometimes it works but most of time it just times out. Yesterday it was better but only if I turned off the VPN included in Norton. Today it worked for about 2 minutes but is now down again. I rang Virgin and recorded message apologies for ongoing issues in my post code. No time scale given. This is despite my online service status showing all is okay.

    same issue here , pretty sure it's not a postcode issue ! the only way I can access email is on my mobile with wifi turned off -  problem is I have vision issues so cant see them on the phone !

      energise Unfortunately that response from Sabrina was a red herring.  There appears to be another issue here that the VM Forum Team have been asked to investigate.

      I haven't been able to access my virgin.net emails since Friday.   I get an error message saying the server took too long to respond.   I have had this account for 25 years and have no idea why it has stopped working.  I can't access emails via webmail on my phone or laptop.   I've tried using mobile data rather than wifi.  I have managed to add the account to my gmail account, and think I will gradually transfer totally to gmail,  but I still need access to my actual virgin.net account.   I can log into my virginmedia account no problem.   Can anyone help?
