Need to retrieve important emails from closed account

HI, I Left virginmedia, a few months ago, but have been using my email address up until 2 days ago, when for no reason my password isn't being recognised..

Didn't realise virgin eventually cancel access to emails, once you leave. I have had no notification of this.

This is fine, but I have some very important emails saved in the account, I need to access them to retrieve and transfer them.

Can someone at virgin please help me to retrieve the emails please

    I believe it’s in the T&C’s, mailboxes are purged 90 days after leaving.

      I didn't realise this, just need to recover a few emails, so need anything help that can be offered

      Adduxiis quite right about VM closing email accounts 90 days after closure of the broadband account.

      Also, if you are no longer a VM customer then sadly the answer to your question is "no". VM staff can only provide support to current VM customers. 

      Your only hope, and it is a long shot, is to try the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign in page.

       

      Unfortunately I think that’s unlikely to work for you but try it anyway.

      One of the Forum Team will contact you via this post in the next couple of days but I think they will only confirm what I have said.
