My Virgin Media and E-mail not accessible at Log in

This has been going on since the end of July. No help from the chat or tech team - "we'll text you when it is sorted! "

Has anyone else had the same issues, and did you get it resolved. priority ticket to tech team took 2 weeks rather than the promised 3-4 days - and then only because I kept chasing them.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues accessing My VM and your emails. You will need to create a VM O2 ID and link your VM account to it in order to log in now. Have you completed this process yet?

      Have tried that, get this response every time

      You don't have a Virgin Media account linked to your Virgin Media O2 ID right now. Tap the button below to link your account.

      If you don't want to link your account now, go to your Virgin Media O2 ID and Security settings.

      Going to settings does not work.  If I try to change the e-mail address it wants to send confirmation link to e-mail I can't access

  • Note: I had previously link my account without problems .

  • This is what I get when I try to link- not much help if I can't get into the emails
