my emails are now coming in a week late

my email i went to check today and i thought to my self these are a lot of emails i had about 50,then i noticed that they were all back dated til the 25th of november and its the 1st of december today,and i noticed a few of them asking me to get incontact about something that is very important to me.i have lost money and nearly lost my home  because of these emails i check my emails every day its the first thing i do every day but these 50 emails were all backdated monday ,tuesday Wednesday thursday friday  and 2 were very important emails one was a government email please sort this out asap.....

 

this has happened before to me about 3 months ago i complained then and nothing was sorted out and now im complaining again .PLEASE SORT THIS OUT... its your end not mine i am signing in with an up to date goggle browser ,i am on a pc and my pc is in date

    i need to make a new post about my emails coming in late ,i went to check me emails today 1 december 2025 and im seeing emails as far back as 25 november ,but i check my emails every day and ive only just got these emails today ,this has lost me money and nearly lost my home ,please fix this ,as this is not the first time this has happend as i put in a message a few months ago ...and why cant we post any more new threads ,this is very unfair that i  have to hijack someones elses thread to put a message up

    It was this exact same issue that caused me to stop using VM email. I should mention that I stopped using VM email in 2010! Fast forward 15 years to 2025 and VM is still incapable of running a reliable email service.

    Things are not going to get any better in regard to the quality and reliability of VM's email service. If anything, they may get worse as numbers of users dwindle (since VM does not allow new customers to have a VM email address and existing customers cannot add new VM email addresses).

    You would be doing yourself a favour in the long term by switching all of your contacts and services to a different email provider, one that is interested and capable of providing an email service that is fit for purpose in 2025.

      i am using a google chrome browser that  is up to date on my pc and i sign into virgin media email on the google chrome browser on it, and my pc is running windows 11 and  is all up to date i am not using a third party program....

      i always check my email everyday
      but for a few days I didn't get any email

      I have in my email 13 that says yesterday
      13 that say Sunday
      14 that say Saturday
      32 that say Friday
      14 that say Thursday
      13 thats say Wednesday
      and 12 that say  25/11/2025
      all these mail were missing for the past few days and I got the whole lot in one go as they just appeared
      also a few weeks ago I lost everything for a week ,I couldn't get the internet my tv or my phone was down and also im on the o2
      and I lost that as well and lost all my wifi on that and I have an emergency alarm as I am disabled and need that as it my life line i am classed  and i am registered  as a vulnerable person in writing to virgin media,i lost the whgole lot and was scared witless as if anything did happen to me i could not contact anyone
      I had nothing i was lucky as i did have electric at the time but everything else went down and
       i need my alarm and phone for emergency's for my disabilities and i lost the lot for a week
      and i doubt if i will get anything from that even though virgin got fined 24 million for that i wont see a penny of that as it goes to the treasury

        so is that it you got my info and now you have washed your hands with this problem
