My email has gone..

I've just gone to check my emails and my virgin media email is gone... Just disappeared....I've gone log in to my virgin media and it says it doesn't exist...What's happened?...

    Do you still have a VM broadband account? 

    What is the domain of the lost email address (eg virgin.net etc).

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your email account at the moment.

    As Cardiffman282 has asked, are you still an active Virgin Media broadband customer? If you're no longer an active customer, any email address that was associated with an active Virgin Media account will be closed after 90 days after your services are disconnected.
