No Zach, I have been trying to get into my virgin email since 5am this morning, only just this minute got in...its so so bad.....I'm due to go into hospital very soon, days...and I need to get lots of things sorted, but itys been a absolute nightmare..goodness only knows what is going on....
Also big big problems with the new 360 box that was installed 2 weeks ago...I cannot cursor down the programs I have recorded... so I have missed so so much.. the 360 box is nowhere near as good as the V6 box.... I feel so let down by Virgin.
My friend wh is a Barrister wanted to be regisered with virgin, he does a lot of his court cases from home and relies on the internet.. I was going to recommend him, but now I doubt I can...
I am at my wits end at the moment...but thanks for looking atmy posts.

All I can suggest is that you do what I have ended up doing and sign up for GMail account and start giving that out.
They seldom go down, and I have been giving that out instead of my blueyonder address.
Would that work?
(BTW - notifications for these threads are going in to my spam box on the webmail side)

Yes, I have done that already Sticks, transferring all my folders too..at least I have back up. , but thank you.🌹

Hi..
I had similar issue some months ago... I was told the blue screen is a part of the email engine that VM use to manage the email system and is - or should be - hidden away in the background and all we should see is the normal front end system that VM use.
So this is what I did... might be of help... or you might have already tried it...
I was using Chrome... and I normally accessed email direct without going through the "My Account" page. I was just using "mail.ntlworld.com" in the address bar.
So what I did was I switched to Microsoft Edge... Cleared out all the tracking cookies and and all that junk and tried to access VM email... and yup it worked...
At least for a while. Then it stopped. Blue screen again.
Then I accessed email through VM "My Account" page. That worked!
After a couple of days went back to trying my original way and it was OK.
So no real way of knowing what went on... but got there in the end.

Our sincere apologies for the poor experience Barbraella but glad you were able to access the emails since.
In regards to the issues with your TV box, have you tried rebooting?

Email down again !!!!!! so sick of virgin !!!
It will nt let me sign in!!! I ve been trying for an hour, on a Sunday morning... now have to sign in with google and Virgin made that address up.. it WILL NOT even accepT that.. !!!!!!
What is GOING ON//.iM WAITING FOR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS ABOUT A WILL |!!!
SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT, MY NERES CANNOT TAKE MUCH MORE OF VIGIN, KEEP CHANGING THE GOAL POSTS !!!
