Multiple emails, now broken

I have been with Virgin since it was Telewest (21 years) and have had several Blueyonder emails for myself and family since forever.  Recently with the new absolute nonsense o2vmID it seems I cannot actually link the other family emails like I used to be able to.  Its broken.

How do I access the old emails (web Portal) now since it has forced the creation of this new joint id for my wife and children as I can't link without removing myself....

    Each blueyonder email address has needed its own MyVM account for several years now.  All that has changed recently is that the MyVM account sign in process has changed to the VMO2 ID.  For your sub accounts you should go the the MYVM sign in page and enter the blueyonder email address and current password (if you have previously changed the account username to a third party email then you should sign in with that, unless you received an email from VM in June informing you that the username would revert to the original email address).  The system should then automatically lead you through the process to convert to a VMO2 ID for your sub account. 

    Repeat the process for each blueyonder account.
