Hi, my wife's NTLworld email disappeared a while back and I recovered it using my google mail address. Now it has gone again and I am stuck. My NTLworld email still works fine, but hers has disappeared off the virgin account. Can I add it back on?

Each email address, requires a separate log in to have webmail functionality.
For this, you'd need to follow the same process as recovering her email address as previously, but with a different third-party email address log-in.
