Locked out of Virginmedia email account

I'm locked out of one of my virginmedia email accounts - have complained but the measures they emailed to advise to unlock it havent worked - no matter what you try to do with virgin they cant restore my access

    2 months here without access to my email account - just about to involve the communications ombudsman to help me get this resolved as virginmedia have been diabolical

        Not true Martin - downright untruth - have been through two previous attempts here to resolve this with both being a complete failure - so not prepared to go through the painful tortuous banal experience again. Going around in circles with virginmedia whilst i have to completely re arrange my administration arrangements including serious medical and financial arrangements because of the loss of access to my email account has been a serious concern and your flippant reply is not welcome. I hope you report my concerns to further up the chain because i certainly will be and for the record Virginmedias offer of financial recompense has ben refused.

    Same here. They don't have a clue how to resolve their total shambles. The way they are treating their customers is an absolute disgrace. I have given up trying to regain access to not just my blueyonder email account, but to be able to log in to my VM account.

    Still no resolution - and no contact for over a week - and coming up to nearly 2 months without email

      Thanks Tom but this doesn’t work for me - I’ve already registered with a non virgin email and linked a VM email account but it won’t let me register another VM email account I have been using for years - it says it’s not a valid Virgin media account

    Tells me my virginmedia email account isnt a virginmedia email address !!
