Locked Out Of Virgin Email

Hi. Like a few others here Virgin has locked my email last Friday. I have made 4 calls on 150. Each time told a ticket has been raised and some one  will call or text me. Each time no callback or text! So 1 week without access to our main email. The only information I have is primary front email comprised - I have provided a new unconnected email which seems to have achieved zero. Appalling service. What am I supposed to do next?? I could phone 150 for a 5th time but I fear this will achieve nothing.
