Locked accounts
Hi,
Last year I had one of my email accounts locked, I asked for help & found out that I needed to provide another email address to regain access to that account.
I've now just been locked out of multiple accounts today with the same message, does this mean I've got to make up new email accounts to regain access ??
I just don't understand why Virgin Media keep locking people out of their email accounts when they're being accessed just so they have to make another email up with another provider so they can regain access again... its VERY frustrating !!!!
Any help or advice would be grateful please.
