I left Virgin Media almost a year ago, but all the NTLWORLD.com and VIRGINMEDIA.com email addresses are still active. Further, the NTLWORLD account is still accessible and appears to have been hacked as I'm receiving some nasty spam emails.
How do i get these accounts closed, email addresses closed and all emails/contects deleted?

I also left virginmedia back in August last year but my email and my wifes are still active. There is so much spam from these and would like to delete both accounts and worried that others receiving emails that I have not sent.
I left in September, when through Webchat bot last month, told email and account would be removed after an hour ( BS) just spoke to lady who when I could not give 7th character of a 6 character word would. not help, All i want is my information deleting. Not intention of ever using NTL HELL again. over 20 year we were with them samd story if anything goes wrong you have not chance of getting help
