Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the E-Mail account and seemingly your Facebook account too.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to go down the forgotten password route to see if this allows you to regain access to the inbox and help secure it against potential future hackings.

i have tried all the links but it just takes me to the pace where it askes for you to input your e-mail adress and i cant get any where
