Sorry but there is no email access to VM support staff.

I assume that you are referring to a problem accessing your VM email account rather than your My Virgin Media (MVM) account? If it is affecting your MVM account it will need VM to resolve it.
The "Forbidden 403" error comes up when there has been an issue with authenticating your email details between your device and the VM servers. So it normally just affects signing into your VM email account.
When you get that error with your email account, the way to resolve it is to generate a new VM Mail app password for that email account.
To do that sign into the My Virgin Media (MVM) Account for that email account https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2 using the VMo2ID for that email account.
Then
- Select Account Settings
- Select Identity & Security Settings
- Select Manage your products
- Select Manage email app password
- Click on the blue button 'Get New Password'
That usually unlocks the VM email account.
However,f you also access that VM email account via a mail app on your phone you will need to update/ edit the email password in the mail app's settings to this new mail app password that you have just generated.
