I cant read my emails on VM email

I was getting FORBIDDEN when trying to read my @virgin.net emails.  I have changed my VM login to use a new @outlook email address as instructed "for improved security reasons", and still can't read my @virgin.net emails on the VM app, it comes up either with FORBIDDEN or Error 403.  I no longer even understand which email address I should be using when logging into the VM app ?

    If you log into 'My Virgin Media' using your VM primary account (the one where you can see your VM bills, contract info etc.) do you see the virgin.net email address listed among your VM mailboxes?

    To keep using a VM email address, it needs to be associated with an active VM broadband account. VM has been deleting mailboxes which have become 'orphaned' and not associated in this way. Many of these have been old virgin.net addresses.

  • I don't know how to see my "VM mailboxes" but it does show the  .virgin.net email address under a Change Password section, and I m able to access all my emails on my phone but can't access them on my laptop with the VM email app, just comes up with a blank page with FORBIDDEN

      Log in to 'My Virgin Media' using the primary account (the one which allows you to see bills, contract info etc.).

      Then check the email addresses (mailboxes) which are associated with your VM broadband account as below
