How do I change a password

I have managed to sign into my email after three days but have messed up my password and can no longer find a way to change my password. It keeps giving my temporary codes and so I can sign in with those but I need a permanent password. It is just sending me round in circles between 2 email addresses. I cannot find anywhere to set a new password, I am using a PC. I do not use email on my phone. I do not want to go passwordless. Getting very frustrated and angry now,

    Found a link through Help on the website and got this

    I've forgotten my Virgin Media password

    To reset your Virgin Media password you'll need:

    • Your username
    • The answer to your security question
    • Your date of birth

    If you can’t remember the answer to your security question, you can choose to skip this step and instead enter some details from your last bill.

    To reset your password:

    1. Head to the My Virgin Media sign in page
    2. Select Forgotten your password
    3. Enter username
    4. Select Continue, then follow the on screen instructions

    Reset your password

    Which would be great but there is no Forgotten your password!!!
