Help my email has been hacked

I think my email may of been hacked I’ve tried changing password etc but alas no joy

    I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your email! Can I ask what has happened to make you feel the email was hacked? Is this email connected to a current and active broadband account with us?
