Help - no email

This company is a complete joke. I’ve had no email access for two months. 
I call them, they can’t fix the problem. they say someone will call ‘ tomorrow’ nobody does and the whole process is repeated. Complaints dept hasn’t replied,I’ve even emailed the CEO. Please someone tell me how to get out of this Kafkaesque nightmare.

  • 2 months now without access to emails. Constantly being told 'ticket has been raised,' 'someone will call you tomorroe', 'we're really sorry for the inconvenience.'  I can't even cancel,I wrote to Customer services two weeks ago, still no response. Someone get me out of here !!!

      Exactly same issues here... have sent three written complaints...

      I have proof of delivery but...as usual... no acknowledgement...or response...

      They don't seem to like doing a lot of communicating...

      I am now assuming that there so-called complaints department is a disused warehouse where letter of complaint are routinely stacked up and all they have is a caretaker who comes round to get them burnt at regular intervals.
