please can someone help me? I have not been a VM account holder for several years but still use an ntlworld.com email. I believe it has been hacked and keep getting phishing emails etc. I really need to be able to change the password but cannot get any help through VM as I don’t have an account any more. anybhell would be greatly appreciated
