Just so you know, if you have an Ntlworld.com address all Ntlworld.com email accounts were out of action all day yesterday (Wednesday 9th April).
VM had a major issue with the DNS record for Ntlworld.com so more or less all emails to Ntlworld email accounts were failing yesterday. That issue seems to have been resolved now.
However, if that does not explain why you are not receiving those emails then it would be really useful if you could advise what error message, if any, the sender is receiving when they try to email you.
VM do not block specific email accounts but they do have stringent checks on the DMARC, DKIM and SPF records of the sender's domain on all incoming emails. They do that to try to block spoofed emails.
The wording of the error message that the sender receives will help VM to identify why these emails are being blocked. One of the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) will contact you via this forum thread.

As an aside,
- VM stopped issuing new email accounts 3 years ago.
- The long term future of the whole VM email service is unclear and they are already actively closing down all VM email accounts that are not linked to a paid for VM service such as broadband.
- Yesterday's meltdown of Ntlworld emails was the latest in a number of issues with VM emails in the last few years.
As a result, I certainly would not rely on using a VM email account for my business. ;)
