eMclient - cannot access email address

Question

I am currently using Thunderbird for my email and I really don't like it si I downloaded eMclient which has a far nicer interface. However, whilst I've been able to set up my Gmail account I can't seem to access my Virgin (blueyonder) email address. Do I need to reset all my passwords again? Is there a page with instructions somewhere?

Thanks for your question regarding your blueyonder email access.
It looks like jpeg1 pipped us to the post with the link.
