emails not loading to outlook.

there was a previous post on ths subject where told to use put on curl -v smtps://smtp.virginmedia.com -u..... in to cmd.

I have done that and get the following.   can anyone help me with next step

    Regrettably either you missed, or the post read lacked, the warning not to post the resulting curl output here without redaction or to just post the VM error code shown, i.e. VM300. As a consequence your email address and account password have been revealed (in an encoded form that is easily decoded). It a matter of urgency change your account password and consider reviewing the advice here My Virgin media email has been hacked | Virgin Media Help

    FYI be aware that if you have not already changed your Sign in Email Address to a third-party email address then you will need to do that when amending your account password and generating a new App Password. For example a current Sign in Email Address of richard.branson@virginmedia.com  might be changed to john.smith@gmail.com. Once verified the new Sign in Email Address is to be used when signing into My Virgin Media or Virgin Media Mail (webmail). For email clients, like Outlook, the username will remain richard.branson@virginmedia.com but the App Password must he used.

    Hopefully use of the new App Password will resolve the issue but if not post back here with just the VM error code result from curl; make sure to use the App Password with curl.
