My Virgin email account has been hacked with the password changed so I have no access and
the hacker is sending phishing messages to all my contacts. Could VM please delete my account

Thanks for coming back to us elijenkins, and I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to regain access to the E-Mail account.
If you have access to your self-care account you would be able to manage the troublesome E-Mail account, with the option to delete via this link
Do please confirm if you're able to complete the desired deletion of the E-Mail via this method.
