Email

I cancelled my services with VM in October/November 2023 but are still getting email most of which are spam. How do I get my email address removed so I no longer get these?

    Welcome to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with email spam. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best look into this. Can you let us know if this is an email account you created tied to your old VM account? Also, are the email spam from us? Please get back to us when you can so we can best help.

      Thanks for your response. These are mainly from unknown people nothing from VM. I am still able to access my email through VM email and by now I shouldn’t be able to. I keep checking to see if you have disconnected me. I was told I would be unable to access my emails after 90 days it’s now nearly a year later. I just want VM to cancel all my email addresses I have 4 on my old account.

        VM will do this for you.  I also had 4 NTL/VM mailboxes that were active long after the 90 days.  From memory it took about 10 days in total for the request to be actioned and the 4 mailboxes deleted.
