This is a bit odd with the keypad vanishing after clicking a link.

Can we please ask a few more questions.

What device are you using?

Is this through our webmail from your online account

Does it happen on a different browser?

Or do you have blueyonder set up in a 3rd party email client like outlook etc.

What happens if you copy instead and paste it?
