Email trouble

I'm having trouble NTL World emails using Outlook. I can access using Virgins website but having 5 different emails can be a nuisance have to log in and out for account.
I've checked the setting and password and everything is correct.
Any advice please.

  • Sorted it, why don't they make it more clear you now need an app password?

      Thanks for reaching out to us chrispy1, and sorry to hear of the issues experienced with accessing the E-Mail account on a third party application, which now appears to have been resolved.

      Virgin Media has been implementing the need for an application password for around 12 months - designed to try and offer further protection to your E-Mail inbox.

      Apologies if previous updates/notifications in relation to this change in operations didn't reach you at the time.
