Email Receovery

Waiting for phone call from virgin about retrieving old eamil account thats a week

  • Just spoke virgin about not being able to log into emails for at least a month the guy could not fix it so gave me a ticket number and said they would go into my account and try and fix it as anybody had this happen to them

  • Got Two Email Accounts when I log into mine it goes to my wife's account cant get into mines everything I try just revert to Wife's account its driving me up the wall Help Appreciated

      Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with your email access. 

      I will send you a PM so we can take a closer look at the setup of your mailboxes and VMO2 ID's from our side. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page. 📩

      Just to best set expectations - if you need to update the login email address for any online accounts we can no longer do this via any of our digital support channels, and so you would need to call in via  ðŸ“ž0345 454 1111 or 150 from a VM landline.
