Email locked out
Hi All,
all my email was locked out from app and PC. I followed instructions and used another email address but keeps saying fault on VM side, get link to verify etc but still wont let me into my emails help

Up and down like the proverbial eh?
Back up for seconds but not able to get anything down to my email client. I use POP3 and not IMAP. Also not able to log in to my virgin media account.
Some minutes later - just managed to get some mail down.
Exactly same - and if you do follow the steps, it is locked in an infinite loop: you cannot change the email to third party, it doesn't let you - it says you already asked this... then do change password etc as they indicated becomes impossible.
Some monumental genius has again done this, it is happening the Nth time over past few years - now totally unabled to get into the email this is absolutely vital!
Dont change your password.
Its an email system outage, so nothing to do with passwords.
Glad I'm not alone! I've been trying to get into my Blueyonder email account for over an hour and it just locking me out!
I think it might now be fixed, it's been working for several minutes. 🤞
Down for me to, not fixed.
I managed to log in to my VM account after 3 or 4 retries and email works from my phone through the gmail app. Email is still unable to connect via Outlook 365 my PC.
Same - just came across it. The status page says everything is AOK.
All BACK NOW.
