I would make sure that you go through the process of updating the username on those online accounts to your new email account before the Blueyonder account is deleted.
Once the Blueyonder account gets deleted you are likely to have problems in the future if you need to reset the password for any of these online accounts or change the username to a new email account.
Those actions often involve the organisation sending a verification email to the linked email account they currently hold for you - so without access to the Blueyonder account you will be unable to proceed.
One of the Forum Team (VM staff) can arrange to get the Blueyonder account deleted for you. One of the team will contact you via this forum thread hopefully tomorrow.
