Email got hacked, need help

I need help, my old virgin media email account had been hacked and I need it shutdown ASAP, can anyone help?

    I am sorry to hear your mailbox has been hacked. 

    If it's not connected to an active broadband account, this really should have been deleted 90 days after account closure. 

    I'm going to pop you a PM 📩 now and we can arrange for it to be deleted.
