email down AGAIN

So, this morning, trying to access the webmail, I get.

This site can’t be reached

mail.virginmedia.com took too long to respond.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
 
This is now happening more and more, beginning to get beyond a joke VM.
If you can't or don't want to provide email, just say so, and tell us all to find alternative email, DON'T mess people about!!

    I've just tested VM's webmail and logged in without any issues.

    It looks like either VM don't like you (or your name) with the amount of issues you seem to have 😉

    Seriously though I don't rely on VM for my email services.  I use hotmail, msn, google, gmx, yahoo, sky, and vm
