Email Disaster
At 10pm last night my email was locked out. Nothing worked. Called Customer Services 15 min wait to get then on for another 30 mins and they say they cant fix it and have to raise an IT ticket, which could take 5 days, oh and IT dont work at weekend, so earliest resolution would be Monday. No explanation as to why. So Virgin no longer has 24 tech services and they dont work weekends! Its utterly ridiculous in this day and age when tech runs 24/7 that a huge conpany DOES NOT HAVE 24/7 tech support. Im utterly fuming. Ive been with this company since early NTL days and the customer service is getting worse and worse. And you cant leave or theyll close your email!
