Email Apps not working on Virgin Wifi

HI Please can you help i can no longer access my emails via apps on my phone or iPad. This is affecting all members of my family in the household. This seems to be related to the Wi-Fi as when i use my phone without Wi-Fi my emails are coming through ok.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the email issue, this is very odd.

    What happens when you're on the WiFi, do you get any error messages when you refresh the emails?

      Hi 

      All get is that is that virginmedia email is not available

      I have checked my ip and it shows as blacklisted on spamhaus. Are you able to get this removed.
