Email address - can't use old account

I have recently come back to VM and can't seem to use my old email address as its still linked to my old account. I have set up a temporary new email address but would rather it be my established email address. I understand this can be rectified?

Also I have received no communication regarding what I've ordered or a contract. The install team seemed to think this was a back office issue.

    Is your original email address one from the VM collection of domain names (VM, ntlworld, blueyonder etc.) or a non-VM address?

    As goslow asked, is the email address in question, one that we previously provided on a former account? If so, we're unable to restore this, sorry.
