email account still active

I have been trying to get my account fully closed. It has been more than two years since I left because of moving home. Unfortunately, Virgin Media does not work here. I have called customer services, but it is still active. Anyone can help me please?

    The VM Mods here should be able to sort this out.  I had this done a while back and it took around 10 days from start to finish.
