After 3 years and repeated attempts to close the NTLWORLD email account why can’t Virgin Media achieve this? Absolute nightmare to deal with, each call can take 30 mins. A case was raised with a promise that it would be done in 24-48 hours. Still there even after telling them that it has been compromised.
Seems very strange. Once you pass security via PM messages, it shouldn't take very long to do. I had 4 NTL mailboxes deleted a while ago, and it took about 10 days from start to finish.
If you wait here a few days, a VM Mod should pick this up and hopefully assist.
