Email account locked

Hi all. 

I have been locked out of my Virgin media email account. I tried to ring Virgin media yesterday and was on the phone for over an hour being passed from advisor to advisor. 
any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment.

    Is your email address that one that you use to login to your online account? If so resetting that password would reset your email password.
