Email Account Closure
I received an email today saying that my virgin.net account will be closed in 30 days as I no longer have any VM services. We have had (and still do!) broadband, TV and landline services from VM for decades. The initial account was opened in my husband's name but we were offered multiple email addresses at the time. Can anything be done about this as it is very stressful?
