Email Account Closure

I received an email today saying that my virgin.net account will be closed in 30 days as I no longer have any VM services. We have had (and still do!) broadband, TV and landline services from VM for decades. The initial account was opened in my husband's name but we were offered multiple email addresses at the time. Can anything be done about this as it is very stressful?

    If you are still a VM broadband customer, you may get help from VM with the orphaned email address. A VM person should reply here within a few days.

      Thank you for taking the time to contact us Via our community, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the closure of the orphaned email addresses, if both accounts are in the same name we my be able to bring the emailaddress over however if they are in different names sadly this isn't something we can do.

  • I am SueV1's husband and the primary account holder. Please can someone from VirginMedia respond to me directly so that we can try to get this issue resolved.
