email access
as i do not own a mobile phone or any biometric security i cannot create the virgin 02 id ...
i would like to access my email though , any help?

it looks like i can use outlook to access my emails
im currently trying to install an email program to see if that works
verification appears to be validated.
fourth step- create new password
fifth step- Choose a second way to authenticate, to keep your account even more secure.
two options , set up a passkey or setup text verification.
if i exit at this point it seems to reset the whole process.
first step- type my email
second step - type my password
third step- type in my back up email, recieve verification email and click the button
it asks for me to add either a mobile number or set up a passkey after ive verified from my other email.
Just ignore that bit and you should find that you can access the account with your password and verify via the backup email when required.
As long as you have a backup email address you are supposed to be able to use that and skip the mobile phone and biometric options.
i am a virgin media broadband customer and i have had a @blueyonder.co.uk email for a long time.
i do need access to my email.
