Email access

I have two secondary emails associated with my main account (used by my son & daughter). When they tried to log into these yesterday, they were prompted to update their password. However when they tried to do this, they got the following response – “You can’t reset your password online right now, as you don’t have additional details set up on your account”.

Can admin advise how I can resolve this?

    VM have changed the way you access emails.  There are no "secondary" accounts anymore, they are all separate now.  Each mailbox is access via a new 3rd party email address if using "My VM" and Webmail.  If using a mail client, you need a new four word password for each mailbox as well.

      Thanks for your response. When they try to log into My VM it prompts them to change password however they then get the error message above so are unable to add a 3rd party email

        I believe that this can only be resolved with VM staff intervention.  Either wait for a member of the VM Forum Team staff to respond to this thread in a day or so or call in to customer support.  Of these options the former is the preferred route.
