E-mail Hack

My ntl e-mail address has been hacked and used to create an Amazon account. The e-mail account appears now to be frozen by VM as I cannot access it. Can someone please help before the e-mail account is used for other purposes

    Carried out most checks, cannot access e-mail to change password. Also it appears to be blocked by VM
